Cancellation and Postponement Policy
Full payment is required to secure and reserve your wedding date. once a booking is confirmed, the date is held exclusively and other enquiries may be declined. due to the nature of reserving wedding day availability, the following cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation Fees
More than 8 weeks before the event
50 percent of the total booking fee is non refundable. the remaining 50 percent will be refunded.
8 weeks to 4 weeks before the event
75 percent of the total booking fee is non refundable. the remaining 25 percent will be refunded.
Less than 4 weeks before the event
100 percent of the total booking fee is non refundable.
Postponements
Date changes are treated as postponements where possible.
• bookings may be transferred to a new date subject to availability
• if the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy applies
• postponed bookings must be rescheduled within 12 months of the original wedding date
Reduction of Services
If services are reduced after booking confirmation, the original booking value remains payable. this reflects time reserved, preparation completed, and declined enquiries for that date.
Exceptional Circumstances
Exceptional situations are considered with care and discretion. supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
