SILVERSILVERLTD provides on-site bridal dressing and mobile wedding dress steaming across the UK, including destination weddings. To ensure a smooth and professional service, the following travel and call-out terms apply:
Service Area
• We provide complimentary travel 10 miles from Central London.
• For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on distance, travel time, and any additional transport costs. The final fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Travel Arrangements
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue details and any necessary access instructions.
• Travel time is included in your booking schedule. Please factor this into your wedding day timeline to ensure all services are delivered as planned.
Destination Weddings & Outside UK Travel
• For weddings outside of London or overseas, additional charges may apply for travel, hotel stay with own room, and per day. These will be quoted separately prior to booking.
• Clients must provide safe and accessible locations with a window for garment steaming and dressing services.
Delays & Contingencies
• SILVERSILVERLTD will make every effort to arrive on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.
• Should unforeseen circumstances prevent service delivery at the scheduled time, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client.
Confirmation
• Travel fee payment and arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients agree to these terms upon confirmation of the booking.
