UK Delivery Time

Due to the nature of many of our products, the delivery time of your order will vary depending on the item(s) ordered. The average delivery time once the order has been dispatched is 3-5 working days, however, certain made-to-order and bespoke items can take longer. Orders for multiple items will not be dispatched until the order is complete. Express delivery is 1-2 working days once the order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, if for any reason there are delays due to any weather and/or other adverse conditions, this is something that is out of our control. Royal Mail strikes will also affect delivery time frames.

Choice of Delivery Address

If you would like your order delivered to an alternative address other than your billing address, just enter the delivery address during the ordering process. If your address was entered wrong, or you need your address changed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@silversilver.co.uk Please note, if your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee your delivery address can be changed.


UK Method of Shipment

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Please use your shipping reference to track your order. For all deliveries, you will receive an email or text notification when your parcel has been dispatched and is out for delivery (please check your junk mail too, just in case!).
