We hope that you will love everything you purchase from SILVER+SILVER, however If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, they can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please note in interests of hygiene and for your protection see a list of our NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS below

In order to request a return, please email info@silversilver.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Please note that items sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.
Items must be sent to us, unused and with the original labels intact, to the return address provided. Any items that are returned in an unsellable condition cannot be refunded.
We recommend that goods are sent back to us using a registered / traceable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are received 14 days after your email request but are happy to issue an exchange for the same amount for SILVER+SILVER item(s).
We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 to 10 days. All returns will be credited to the original payment card only. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge. We can exchange an item for a different size/colour if requested, at no additional charge.

Sale / Promotional Items
Returns for seasonal sale items must be requested within 3 days of receipt and the returning items must be received within 7 days by SILVER+SILVER for a full refund.
Shipping Charges
Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges or any customs duties or taxes which you may have paid on your order.
Please note that SILVER+SILVER is not liable for the cost of your returning items, except in the occasion of faulty goods, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
Please note that at this moment of time, SILVER+SILVER are able to handle request for size exchanges of the same product.
